Fall Equip Series: "Raising Grateful Kids in an Entitled World", by Kristen Welch.
This Equip Series will be Sunday Morning, 9:30-10:35, October 5, 12, 19, 26, and November 5. The location is on the first floor of the youth building.
"Raising Grateful Kids" by Kristen Welch is a must-read for all parents. Some highlights of the book are why it’s healthiest not to give your kids everything, teaching them the difference between “want” and “need,” what it takes to give kids perspective through service and hard work, and the secrets to guiding children to become fulfilled, flourishing adults.
The book covers many practical, biblical tips and anecdotes to help your family have a grateful heart.
The teachers will be Shawn and Joy Powell, Bobby and Rachel Rodriguez, Matt and Ashley Bennet, and Leslie and Carrie Loper.
